  • An Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) is a university-qualified allied health professional who specialises in using exercise to help manage injuries, chronic health conditions, pain, and physical limitations.

    Exercise Physiologists design personalised exercise programs to improve strength, mobility, balance, function, and overall health. They work with people of all ages, from those recovering from injury or surgery to individuals managing conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, Parkinson’s disease, cardiovascular disease, and chronic pain.

    At Motion Reform, we focus on helping you move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities that matter most to you.

  • Your initial consultation includes a comprehensive assessment of your medical history, goals, movement, strength, mobility, and function. A personalised exercise plan will then be developed based on your individual needs.

  • Yes. Motion Reform provides both home visit services and clinic-based appointments inside Anytime Fitness Tallawong (you do not need to be a member to see us)

  • No. You can book directly without a referral. However, a referral may be required to access Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, or other funding pathways.

  • We kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made with at least 24 hours' notice.

    Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may incur the full consultation fee. This allows us to offer appointment times to other clients who may be waiting for care.
